When looking at this school's different teacher websites, I recognized that each website had a homepage that provided parents and those who visit with a brief description of what was happening in the class as well as a weekly or monthly planner. This helps keep parents and guardians up to date on the things happening in class and what their child should be doing. The amount of information provided usually varied by teacher, but each had the plan for the week on what was happening or what they were teaching as well as how to contact them. The website provides different links to the different teacher websites, which makes it easier for parents to find I believe.

In my future career, I definitely could see myself using a website to keep the people I work with involved and up to date on my work and the weekly plans. Using Weebly I can make my own website for parents. I also picture myself using Edpuzzle with my students, being able to show the video and have the students take a quiz while it is all going on, giving an opportunity for discussions in class and easy grading, since the program does it itself. I also would prefer to use, depending on the grade level I teach, Tophat as a productivity tool when I teach, being able to upload assignment and link it directly to different grading tools I may use. The program also is able to open up for discussion and allow students to ask questions through the app as well.
I have discovered that I do not like pbworks, but I also do not hate it. It may be because more than one person was trying edit things at once and it got frustrating to try and do my work that way, but it does not seem very exciting. I would say though, it does provide the user with easy formatting when creating their site but does not have many features that would make it the appealing option when trying to make a website. Overall, the experience was mediocre, but I think I will be sticking to using Wix and Weebly when making websites for future reference. Wiki could be used with students K-12 when creating a website, they can reference with the work they need to do. It can be used as a great reference for different subjects and work needing to be done in that way. As students get to be older, they could also be taught how to properly use this kind of tech and help to increase their technological capabilities.
